Welcome to our on-line Support Portal

This issue tracker is designed to aid and track your communication with Encryptec’s support services and will allow you to report problems or request help on a 24×7 basis. Although you may find the look a little Spartan it is actually very functional and easy to use – our two main requirements when choosing which software to use.

In order to raise a ticket you will need a valid login and password, if you do not have these you will either need to use the “I forgot my password” option on the login page, or you will need to request credentials by emailing a request through to support@encryptec.net.

To log a new ticket, simply click on + New Ticket in the top left of this screen.

You may use this portal to report a fault or issue with Encryptec’s core service by selecting Encryptec Core Network when adding the ticket. There is no charge for this service but please be aware that the response will be brief and if the fault does not lie within our Network no further investigation will be carried out.

Please be aware that general / Customer support is not a free service. The number of people who may raise tickets on behalf of an organisation and the number of tickets that may be raised is governed by the support package chosen.
